How to shop with us

Just browse the website and add your items to the shopping cart, this can be edited at any time. When ready to confirm your order, proceed to checkout.

Payment

At checkout you will be given the option to use our standard secure payment server or the PayPal checkout service. With our server you will remain on the Mossberry website, with PayPal you will be redirected to their website for payment (then back to us to complete the transaction).

All major credit and debit cards are accepted.


Packaging and Delivery

All packaging is either recycled (each product comes in its original packet from the manufacturer, we won’t add any more packaging), recyclable (paper instead of plastic to wrap your items), or biodegradable.

All items will be dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery (for UK customers) and Royal Mail Small Packets for Europe and the rest of the World.

Delivery charges are £3.50 for UK customers, £5 for the rest of Europe, and £10 for the rest of the world. Orders over £40 are free.

Lost in the post?

UK customers will be able to trace their package through the recorded delivery service. If your item has not arrived within 7 days, please send us an email and we’ll send you your tracking number.


Returns

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt, please email for a returns form and send it back with your item and, providing this is in good condition, a full refund or exchange will be given. Please note we can not refund lingerie, pierced earrings and sale items.

And please ask for a certificate of posting as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in the post.


Privacy Policy

None of your data will be passed on to third parties, as we believe that your privacy is of uppermost importance. Data is kept on our server and is only used to process orders and payments.
